We Marched for them

Saturday 24th February: hundreds of Palestine Solidarity Movement supporters from the Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole area, as well as many from around our conurbation, from rural Dorset and from Hampshire, marched through Bournemouth town centre to call for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza and a permanent end to the brutal occupation of Gaza and The West Bank. They joined with supporters from across the globe who marched today in the twentieth week of illegal collective punishment waged by Israel since October 7th.
200 Days of Genocide

On Tuesday 23rd April, anti-genocide activists from a range of organisations in BCP came together outside the council building to demonstrate peacefully as councillors arrived for their meeting. A small group also entered the town hall to disrupt the meeting from the public viewing gallery to highlight our collective disappointment in the UK’s complicity in this genocide. This group was made up of Palestinian, Jewish and white residents who stand shoulder to shoulder against genocide.
