Palestine Solidarity Movement

About us

The Palestine Solidarity Movement (PSM) is a grassroots collective, uniting activists nationwide in the struggle to end apartheid in Palestine. Our drive is fuelled by a deep commitment to justice, freedom, and the cessation of oppression. While not all of us call Palestine our homeland, our dedication to supporting the Palestinian people’s liberation is unwavering. Our organisers hail from a broad spectrum of backgrounds, including Palestinians and Jews, illustrating the diverse and inclusive nature of our movement. This diversity strengthens our perspective and approach, enabling us to address the complexities of the Israel-Palestine conflict with empathy and insight.

What we do

PSM is engaged in a multifaceted campaign to support the Palestinian cause. Our actions are geared towards raising awareness, shifting public opinion, and advocating for political change.

We operate through various channels:
  • Organising and participating in demonstrations and events across different locales to spotlight the injustices faced by Palestinians and to mobilise public support for their rights.
  • Leveraging political advocacy to influence decision-makers at both local and national levels, urging them to adopt policies that recognise and support the rights of Palestinians to self-determination and return.
  • Creating and distributing educational content to illuminate the realities of occupation and apartheid, aiming to foster a national community that is well-informed about the Palestinian struggle.
  • Forging partnerships with like-minded movements and organisations, both within and beyond the Palestinian and Jewish communities, to build a powerful alliance against oppression and for the promotion of justice and equality nationwide.

Our collective effort is a testament to the belief that solidarity and informed action can pave the way for meaningful change. In standing with the Palestinian people, we reaffirm our commitment to a future where dignity, justice, and peace are accessible to all.
